Roles and Responsibility:
Job Purpose :
To independently carryout all operations/maintenance works of elect dept jobs upto 132kv levels.
Job Duties :
· Knowledge on operation and maintenance of 132/11kv substations ,
· Knowledge on operation and maintenance VFD’s up to 225kw ,HT motors(11kv) , booster transformers (11kv) and Siemens PLC’s.
· Hands on experience in Preventive, predictive and proactive maintenance Practices.
· Shall have logical approach on trouble shooting and alternative solutions.
· Shall have good exposure on load management and distribution systems.
· Shall have good exposure and implementation of good maintenance practices and Systems like ISO/ OSHAS/FSSC
· Shall have good knowledge and practical experience in energy saving and alternate energy resources.
· Shall prepare department reports as per the frequency
· Maintain History cards and scrutinize the down time details to meet the targeted operational performance.
· Should be acumen in open access bidding
· Should be a team player to lead team of team members & engineers to perform day to day activities , modifications and project works
· Shall have good knowledge on EB statutory requirements and compliance procedures.
· Shall have good concepts on electrical and general safety procedures
· Shall identify the training needs and train the team .
· Shall be cost conscious and shall not exceed the capex and revenue budgets
Skills / Qualification :
ü BE (EEE) with 15 years experience.
ü Candidate should have experience in cont. process like Glass. steel, ceramic, cement, industries.
ü Candidate should possess excellent Communication & coordination skills.
ü Should poses minimum 132kv permit
ü Knowledge on SAP
ü Well conversant with presentation skills
